I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment!!
The apartment is about 10-15 minutes from Dubrvonik and the location is beautiful. The bay is so peaceful, I loved it in comparison to the hustle and bustle of all the tourists in the Old town. There is a supermarket right at the end of the street of the apartment, which is super convenient. Lukrecia is an AMAZING host! If I could give this apartment and Lukrecia more than 5 stars I would! She picked us up from the aiport, we had refreshments at the apartment waiting for us (she even bought us wine to celebrate my sister's birthday)! Lukrecia was extremely professional, I felt like I was staying at a hotel. She had taken the time to find all the maps and tourist guides for the various excursions you can take while visiting Dubrovnik and a good map of the old city. Public transporation is easily accesible, and Lukrecia even had a timetable ready and printed for us. She explained how to use the public transport and locations for drop off and pick up in the old city. Lukrecia also gave great recommendations for eating out and reliable tour agencies. The apartment was perfect. Walking into the apartment was a breath of fresh air. It is beautifully decorated, everything is new and well-maintained...and the view is WOW! We ate breakfast outdoors everyday! Lukrecia was available at all times to respond to any questions I had and was very prompt in her replies. I really appreciate an Air BnB host that really cares about their guests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment!

What can i say ? If you search a wonderful flat with an astonishing view on Adriatic sea, go there ! You will feel as if you were at home. Beautiful decoration, strong bed, big bathroom, great sofa to lay in front of TV, beautiful terrace to take breakfast, lunch, appetizer or diner or simply spending time dreaming in front of the sea ! But the best was not written yet ... The best is your host : Lukrecia. She is really kind and proactive. We had an issue with the toaster and she immediately came to bring à new one. I asked her where i could eat in Dubrovnik and she sent me by WhatsApp à large list of restaurants. She seems to be connected on internet at every time So you can rely on her and her will to transform your stay in Zaton in à great moment... There is no shadow of doubt : it is not an eventuality to visit Lukrecia, you must book her flat ! I refund you if you are not happy with your stay in Lukrecia's flat. PS : wonderful place to stay outside the agitation of Dubrovnik but very close to this city ... Just below of the house, there is à supermarket which is very useful and a nice harbour with nice restaurant and beautiful places to swim...”
Outstanding apartment !
Lukrecia as well as her place are outstanding ! The apartment is perfectly furnished, has an exceptional view on the sea, is spacious, very well decorated, and very clean. It is 10 min from Dubrovnick but in a quiet place with a supermarket and restaurants very close ! In short, the best place to be for visiting the area. Regarding our host, she did all possible to make our stay pleasant and to help us in anything. Thank you very much Lukrecia for your kindness, your are exceptional !
Outstanding apartment
Our experience with the Bellevue apartments and Lukrecia was outstanding. The apartment was immaculate, tastefully designed, and had a beautiful view overlooking the Adriatic Sea just a few hundred feet away. Lukrecia took many extra steps make our visit special, including booking a day long cruise to three islands and transportation whenever needed. Her communication was exceptional. We would stay here again any time and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy the southern Croatian coast without the crowded, bustling conditions of downtown Dubrovnik.
Lukrecia is a great host !
Lukrecia is a great host. She is very communicative and available, she answered before and during our stay very quickly. The brand new flat is really wonderful, I think pictures cannot reflect the harmony and the beauty of the apartment. My 10-years old son rated the accomodation with 100 stars. We loved every minute of our stay. The beds in the bedrooms are super comfortable and new, you can relax very well. The bedrooms are very silent, you cannot hear anything from traffic noise. The kitchen is well equipped for making your breakfast, or dinner easily. Dubrovnik is about 10-15 minute drive, no traffic jam, and you can enjoy same nice beaches nearby. I would come again! What a beautiful apartment!
Conveniently located 5 minutes from Dubrovnik, we had an extremely pleasant stay. The terrace offers stunning views of the bay and enjoys all the comforts. Photos perfectly reflect the quality of it and Lukrecia, our host, was very helpful and very high availability. She is concerned for the welfare of his guests and takes the time to advise tour of the region. We will return with pleasure and can only advise : you will not be disappointed !!!
Amazing apartment!!
We spend 9 nights at Apartment Bellevue in Zaton. The appartment is simply amazing! Fully equipped 3-rooms house with kitchen, TV, air-condition and incredible view to the Sea. Many towels (incl. sea ones), cot, slippers, satellite, instant coffee, ingredients such a salt, sugar and other illustrates how pleasurable we fell. The terrace is spacious and everything was 100% clean. The house is ideal for families. Zaton is a small village close to Dubrovnik with 3-4 small stone beaches around the gulf. Beaches are not crowdy here at all. The water is quiet and you can rent a boat (by yourself or organized) for a trip to the islands nearby. The shop is located just below the appartment, Sea approx. 300 m of nice walk. At the coast there are affordable restaurants with very good food. There are no parties or disco in Zaton, so the village is quiet. To discover this you shall go to Dubrovnik (8 km to the city centre). Old Town trip is a must for all visitors. Lukrecia as a host was extremely helpful and polite, she brought us a small gift at the beginning and also at the end of our stay. Once we needed something, she was always at our disposal and she also recommended us several sightseeing trips which are usually not included in the common guide. Communication with Lukrecia prior our arrival was very correct and accurate. Only an absolute recommendation can be applied here! Thank you Lukrecia! :) Tomas, Jane & Annie”
